Paid placements are reviewed first. Should we decline your listing, your fee is returned in full.

01Rejected listings: full refund

Featured ($99) and Premium ($249) placements are paid up front, before you submit listing details. If we reject your listing during review, for any reason, we refund the full placement fee to the original card through Stripe. Card issuers usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.

02Approved listings

Once a paid listing is approved and published, the 30-day placement has started and the fee is non-refundable, except where required by law or where we remove the listing through no fault of yours.

03Withdrawn before review

If you change your mind after paying but before we approve your listing, email listings@chateaunoirluxury.com with your payment reference and we will refund you in full.

04Removed for policy breaches

If a published listing is removed because it breached our Terms or Listing Policy (for example false ownership claims or misleading content), no refund is due.

05Paid but no details submitted

If you paid but did not complete the details form, contact us within 30 days and we will help you finish the submission or refund you.

06Basic listings

Basic listings are free, so no refunds apply.
